Yellowtail Teriyaki

  • 2/3 Lb. Yellowtail Tuna - Meat Dept.

Teriyaki Sauce:

  • 2-3 Tbsp. San-J Soy Sauce - Aisle 3
  • 2 Tbsp. Mirin - Aisle 3
  • 1 Tbsp. Sake
  • 1 Tbsp. Hain Sugar - Aisle 2

Use sweet cooking sake.  Combine teriyaki sauce ingredients in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes until slightly thick.  Grill yellowtail in skillet.  Pour prepared sauce over fish and simmer over medium low heat for 7 minutes.
