VitaSpelt Pasta Salad

 One Package (10oz.) VitaSpelt Rotini – Aisle 3

 One Bottle Seeds of Change Italian Herb Vinaigrette – Aisle 3

 One large Red & One Green Pepper – Produce Section

 4 large Carrots, chopped or shredded– Produce Section

 4 Green Onions, finely chopped– Produce Section

Cook VitaSpelt Rotini according to package.  Rinse & drain.  Add all above ingredients & mix thoroughly. 

Add or delete items according to taste.  Let set overnight in Refrigerator for best flavor.
