Turkey Salad
- 2 cups leftover turkey, broken up into bite-size pieces - Meat Dept.
- 4 Tbsp. Spectrum Organic mayonnaise - Aisle 3
- 1 large apple, cored and diced - Produce
- 1 cup chopped pecans - Bulk Aisle 5
- 1 rib celery, chopped - Produce
- 1/2 cup raisins - Bulk Snack Aisle
- Salt, to taste - Herbs & Spices
Mix together and serve on bed of lettuce.
