Toasted Garlic Cream Sauce

  • 3/4 Cup (6 oz) Spectrum Olive Oil - Aisle 3
  • 8 Tbsp. Garlic, minced - Produce
  • 6 Cups (3 pints) Original Almond Breeze - Aisle 1
  • 1 Tsp. Simply Organic Pepper - Aisle 2
  • 1 Cup (4 oz) King Arthur's Unlbeached Flour - Aisle 2
  • 1 to 1-1/2 Tsp. Hain Sea Salt - Aisle 2

Heat oil in a large kettle. Add garlic and gently saute to lightly toast half of the garlic pieces. Reduce heat. Sprinkle flour over garlic. Mix well. Whisk 3-4 minutes and allow flour to cook. Heat Orginal Almond Breeze. Add flour mixture whisking continuously. Season to taste.

Serve over roasted or grilled chicken breasts. Fresh herbs, such as tarragon or sage, can be added.
