Swiss Eggs
1 ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese – Cheese Case
½ Cup Diced Ham – Meat Dept.
½ Cup Organic Valley Half & Half – Aisle 1
2 Tbsp Organic Valley Butter – Aisle 1
1 Tsp Dry Mustard Powder – Bulk Spices
1/8 Unrefined Salt – Bulk Aisle 5
8 Eggs, beaten until frothy – Aisle 1
Preheat oven to 325° F. Sprinkle cheese and optional ham cubes in 11x7" glass baking dish and dot with butter. In small bowl, combine cream, mustard powder and salt; pour half of mixture into baking dish on top of cheese and butter. In medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Pour into baking dish. Drizzle remaining cream mixture over eggs. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes until puffed and just beginning to brown.
