16 oz. Tree of Life Frozen Chopped Spinach, cooked and Drained – Frozen section

¾ Cups Nate's Bread Crumbs – Aisle 3

¼ Cup Flaxseed Meal or Wheat Germ – Bulk Aisle 5

1 ½ Cup Horizon Shredded Cheddar Cheese – Cheese Department

3 Rose Acre Eggs, beaten – Refrigerated Aisle 1

Ranch Dressing

Heat Oven to 375 Degrees F. Lightly spray baking sheet with non-stick oil. Combine all ingredients except for ranch dressing well. Shape into 12 nuggets and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning over after 15 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
