12 Medium Size Potatoes – Produce
2 or 3 Garlic Cloves, pressed – Produce
3 Tbsp Spectrum Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Aisle 3
Sea Salt & Pepper to Taste – Bulk Aisle 5 & Bulk Spices
1 Tbsp Fresh or Dried Rosemary – Produce or Bulk Herbs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Scrub potatoes, cut into about 1 ½”chunks and steam for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool slightly and toss in plastic bag with oil, rosemary, garlic, salt & pepper. Place on baking sheet and roast for about 30 minutes or until tender and crusty, turning over after about 15 minute of baking. Serve immediately.
