Pavlova
- 4 Egg White - Aisle 1
- 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice - Produce
- 1 Cup Hain Granulated Sugar - Aisle 2
- 1 Medium-Sized Mango - Produce
- 1 Tsp. Falvorganics Vanilla Essence - Aisle 2
- 1/4 Tsp. Hain Salt - Aisle 2
- 1 Cup Whipped Cream - Aisle 1
- 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries - Produce
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Draw a circle with diameter of 23cm. on bottom of foil-lined sheet. Beat egg whites at low speed. Add vanilla essence, lemon juice, & 2 pinches of salt. Beat at high speed until soft peaks form. Gardualy beat in granulated sugar until stiff & glossy peaks form. Grease baking sheet and spoon mixture into center of marked circle, piling it a bit higher around the edges. Bake in preheated oven at 250 degrees fahrenheit for 70-90 minutes or until crisp on outside & firm to the touch. Turn off heat & allow to cool with oven door propped open. Slice fruit & place in small bowl. cut passion fruit in half and pour its juice onto the fruit slices. Spread whipped cream in center of shell & top with fruit slices. Chill until serving time.
