One Pan Breakfast

  • 1/2 lb. Sausage - Meat Case
  • 1 large potato, peeled and diced - Produce
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped - Produce
  • 6 Farm Fresh eggs, beaten - Aisle 1
  • salt and pepper to taste - Herbs & Spices

Heat a large skillet, add sausage, breaking it up with a spoon and cooking until browned. Add potatoes and onoins, cooking until potatoes are tender and browned. Add eggs to skillet, mixing well and cooking until eggs are done. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 4-5 Recipes adapted from http://www.robbiehaf.com
