Chili con Quorn

  • 1 Tsp. Napa Valley Olive Oil - Aisle 3
  • 1 Medium Organic Onion, finely chopped - Produce
  • 1/2 Tsp. Fresh Jalapeno Pepper, seeded & minced - Produce
  • 1 Pkg. Quorn Beef-Style Grounds - Freezers
  • 1 14oz. Can Muir Glen Chopped Tomatoes - Aisle 3
  • 2 Tsp. Muir Glen Tomato Paste - Aisle 3
  • 1 7.5oz. Can Eden Organic Kidney Beans - Aisle 2
  • Salt & Pepper to taste - Aisle 2
  • 2 Tsp. Simply Organic Cumin - Aisle 2
  • 1 Tsp. Simply Organic Chili Powder - Aisle 2

Place oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and saute for 4-5 minutes or until softened. Add jalapeno peppers, Quorn grouds, tomatoes, chili powder, and cumin. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Stir in kidney beans, season with salt & pepper and continue to simmer for 3-5 minutes longer. Serve with fat-free sour cream and cheddar cheese if desired.
