2 Tbsp Lime Juice – Produce                     

1 Tbsp Canola Oil – Aisle 3

1 Tbsp Minced Shallot – Produce                

2 Tsp Rice Vinegar – Aisle 3

1 Tsp Honey – Aisle 2                             

¼ Tsp Salt – Aisle 5

Pinch of Cayenne Pepper – Bulk Spices      

4 Kiwi Fruit, peeled & diced – Produce

2 Firm, Ripe Bananas, sliced – Produce      

½ Cup Diced Red Bell Pepper – Produce

2 Tbsp Sliced Fresh Mint – Produce          

2 Tbsp Chopped Cashews – Bulk Aisle 5

 

 

Whisk lime juice, oil, shallot, vinegar, honey, salt, and cayenne in a medium bowl. Add kiwi, bananas, bell pepper, and mint; toss to coat. Serve sprinkled with cashews.
