Asian Grilled Tofu

  • 2 Lbs. White Wave Firm Tofu, drained & cut into 4 oz slices - Aisle 1 Refrigeration
  • 2 Tbsp. Local Garlic, minced or pressed - Produce
  • 1 Organic Lemon, zest & juice - Produce
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Organic Ginger, peeled & minced - Produce
  • 1 Tsp. San-J Low Sodium Soy Sauce - Aisle 3
  • 1 Tbsp. Organic Cilantro, chopped - Produce
  • 1 Tsp. Spectrum Cider Vinegar - Aisle 3

Mix all ingredients together and let marinate for up to 2 hours. Grill until brown and serve hot.
