Ancient Harvest Quinoa Salad
- 2 cups of cooked (follow pkg. directions) Ancient Harvest Red Quinoa - Aisle 2
- 1/2 can of Native Forest Crushed Pineapple - Aisle 2
- 3 tbsp. liquid from can of pineapples
- 1/2 cup of chopped green or red pepper - Produce
- 2 tbsp. Spectrum Organic Apple Cider Vinegar - Aisle 3
- 1/4 cup minced red or yellow onion - Produce
- 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger - Produce
- 1/2 cup raw roasted cashews - Bulk Aisle 5
Combine pineapple and all above ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add or delete items according to taste. Chill for one hour.
