2011 Remodel
August 25, 2011
Our contractors are done with our remodel project. We have a “punch list” of smaller items that need to be finished before we can say we are totally done.
We are waiting for our 8-foot bakery case that will finish the new specialty line. It will go between the muffin case and our new specialty sampling station, and contain delicious cakes, pies, tarts and other yummy pastries. We don’t have a ship date yet but it looks to be the end of September.
The sliced meat and cheese case should be operational by Friday at the latest.
We’re still moving a few things around and are waiting for a shelving unit to be built behind the olive bar and new lights at the registers. There’s a little bit more painting to be done and some other touchups here and there. But we’re basically done!
Thanks to all of our good owners and customers who have shopped during the model, given us good ideas, and been good-natured about it. This Co-op is yours and your staff really appreciates you!
THANK YOU TO ALL OF OUR AMAZING STAFF WHO HAVE LIVED THROUGH (SUFFERED THROUGH?) THIS REMODEL. WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOU!
